Model 231 and Code of Ethics
Laborplast S.p.A. has achieved an important milestone in the development of its organization: the adoption of the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 (hereinafter Model 231) and the Code of Ethics.
The project, started in the first months of 2021, ended with the adoption of Model 231 and the Code of Ethics of Laborplast srl, on 21 October 2021. Meanwhile, a Supervisory Body (OdV) was established with the task of verifying its functioning.
The Adopted Code of Ethics clearly and transparently defines the set of values to which we are inspired and has been prepared to establish clear and precise rules of conduct for the performance of our professional activity. In particular, the Code offers each of us a behavioral and ethical framework that can guide our daily conduct.
The Code of Ethics and Model 231 (General Part) are available in PDF format.
It is important that every Stakeholder who interacts with the Company takes note of this material to give substance to the principles of Model 231 and the Code of Ethics.
